The numbers:

Up to $1 billion in tokenized financing, structured and settled on-chain by OpenWorld.

First deployment: 10,000 homes. Test installs start Q4 2026. First commercial site targeted for Q1 2027.

No new data-center sites. No new grid interconnections. No water cooling.

Homeowners get paid a monthly hosting fee plus cheaper electricity. Schools and hospitals get a share of site revenue and backup power.

Starlink skipped the ground infrastructure and put the connection on the roof. This does the same thing for AI compute. The data center is the garage.

And as a LAST RESORT before rolling blackouts... PJM can force data centers and other big power users off the grid and onto their backup generators.

The grid could have as little as ~900 MW of cushion left...
