New Harrowgate is finished! It is such a beautiful and 21st century school! What an awesome investment in the students, staff, families and community! Can’t wait until our kids get to walk in those doors! #oneccps#thanks#grateful#proud#AP
When the teachers at @harrowgate_es found out they had to cancel their teacher parade, they decided to make a virtual parade instead. Here is a special message from the Harrowgate staff for their eagle community!

To keep this “delicate balance” you must work alongside your staff and Ss to create and provide those kernel resources, while doing PDSA cycles with teachers and students who have local needs. Have common work practices, while you grow! #CCPSLearning2Improve#growthmindset
The data culture in education can make or break how hard it is to rely on measurement. When the culture is “Protecting the integrity of how data is used” then data can provide “extraordinary possibilities” for collaboration and growth. #CCPSLearning2Improve
@lauriesurles I remember teaching my kindergarten class that fail meant first attempt in learning. We spent the rest of the year with kids saying, “Oh know, I failed, I’m trying again!” It was the best! We need to change our students’ and possibly teachers definition of fail.
Protocols can help a team “identifying a specific target” instead of blame. I have used the “Fishbone” and it was a great tool for “engaging diverse perspectives” as we worked together to improve our failures. Guess what? We started to improve! #CCPSLearning2Improve
