Am I the only one having massive issues @hudsonsbay #hudsonsbay customer support?

39 days ago ordered $1500 watch. Box came EMPTY - no watch. Case started, approved for refund Nov 10, told to wait 10-14 biz days. We are now on biz day 18 and I have 0 updates.

3.5+days since DM

35 days ago I ordered an expensive watch. Box came empty. Multiple cases started and 20+ calls and I was assured I'd get my money, but still NO refund despite being promised one weeks ago.

How can I get this major issue resolved?
