@united, I am pleased to deliver some good news. Despite some really, really sub-par accommodations (dusty seats, no wi-fi, etc.), we are home safe and sound. The fact that you made my mother go from row 2 (purchased seat) to row 18 because you had a broken seatbelt is outrageous
