@marquel65@VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas Hey Mark, we're thrilled to hear we are now a destination for your next trip to Vegas. We meant it when we said to take a screenshot of this post and bring it in for breakfast on us. Thank you for your honesty and taking the time to read through this conversation.
@T_Rev_InOz@VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas -> take a screenshot of this post and bring it in Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm, and our CEO Alex will personally buy you breakfast, no questions asked, so you may feel it out yourself.
@T_Rev_InOz@VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas Hey Trevor, I'm Emily, marketing manager for Flights. We're sad to hear this, as I personally feel we not only have a great, unique concept for a restaurant on the Strip, but care deeply about our employees and patrons alike. I'd like to invite you to ->
@TotoMMB @JeremyPielmeier @VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas -> for the restaurant, as there will always be complaints about something: too transparent, not transparent enough, too expensive, too ridiculous to have a service fee, etc. We'd rather remain transparent with our patrons than deceptively place this on your check without notice.
@TotoMMB @JeremyPielmeier @VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas -> the confusion this has caused, as neither myself nor our CEO were aware the sign had been put out, let alone existed, as we would have vetted whether or not a service fee was more appropriate versus raising the prices of dishes by 5%. In the end, it's a lose-lose situation ->
@perki66@VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas -> remain transparent with our patrons, as well as protect our employees from being stiffed/take care of them through inflation and the pandemic. As stated above, we invite you to read the statement on this original tweet to understand further.
@perki66@VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas -> of the restaurant industry is understanding you'll never make everyone happy, and everyone will always have something to complain about: too transparent, not transparent enough, too expensive, too ridiculous to have a service fee, etc. In the end, we wish to ->
@lasvegas_david@VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas Feel free to email me at [email protected] if you would like to further this conversation or have any additional concerns you'd like to bring up. We'd like to hear them so we may adjust accordingly.
@AeroPorn@VegasTravelNews@VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas -> as it is, fortunately or unfortunately, still customary and expected in American culture. Contrary to typical restaurants, we do not pay $4 or $8 per hour as many businesses will. We take pride in caring for our employees and ensuring they prosper outside of our business.
@AeroPorn@VegasTravelNews@VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas -> pays a livable wage. The service fee is in response to the hit we took during the pandemic, as well as recent inflation leading to recession. In the end, we wish to remain transparent, while also protecting our employees from being stiffed by patrons who do not tip properly ->
@joejewett @VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas -> post and come in to Flights Monday - Friday, 9am-3pm, and our CEO Alex will personally buy you breakfast, no questions ask, to experience Flights personally and to make the judgment for yourself on the quality of our business.
@joejewett @VitalVegas@JamesInLasVegas -> messy, literally and figuratively, working in this industry, and we care most about protecting our employees, while remaining transparent about the fees on your receipts. We're deeply sorry for this confusion and would like to invite you to take a screenshot of this ->
