@danieproby@FullFieldHammer But I think every team should have a warm up routine specific to their needs. High reps is good, but actually I prefer a high intensity movement then plenty of rest when I'm getting up to game pace.
Box drill, mini etc all have pros and cons
@danieproby@FullFieldHammer Person who cut under (or upline) then provides deep continuation for the next rep = more variety and less jogging back to the start which is a real time killer
