@zVizzions THANK YOU! Omg, nothing in season 2 (or 3 so far) has hit me like rhaeynra being named heir, viserys entering the throne room or bearing his soul to alicent, or daemon snapping in the throne room.
@IGN That was a really frustrating, disappointing premier. I hoped they’d get back on track after the season 2 debacle, and that we’d all be able to chase the high of #dunkandegg , but #houseofthedragon looks like the weak link in the #ASOIAF universe. Still better than season 8 tho.
@RedTeamReview I feel like their relationship is/always was an afterthought. I think both really needed some development for the gullet to be effective.
I don’t know how season one could be so effective, engaging, tightly paced, and well written and seasons 2&3 could be this messy and underdeveloped. I know they changed show runners but surely they learned something from season 2?! #houseofthedragon
@westerosies Underwhelming and frustrating. I hoped they’d get the story back on track after the disappointing 2nd season, but it doesn’t look like that’s the case.
@HOTDNewsHBO I really hoped we’d all be able to chase the high of #aknightofthesevenkingdoms and that they’d get the story back on track after a disappointing 2nd season, but this is just really frustrating, poorly written, and unsatisfying.
@RedTeamReview That sure was one of the episodes of all time. It’s still better than season 8, but I’m calling it: #houseofthedragon is the weak link in the ASOIAF fandom.
That …kinda sucked. What a bummer. Rhaena is a really underwritten and frankly tedious character, idk wtf they’re doing with Aemond, the stupid “accidental deaths” are back, just really unsatisfying and frustrating.
#houseofthedragon
I really hate these tedious “accidental deaths” on #houseofthedragon . They completely remove agency from the characters and impact from the story. Just super unsatisfying.
