Poor people think theres only 1 kind of luck.
Rich people know there are 4:
1. Hustle luck - you take more shots
2. Skill luck - you see things others don't
3. Reputation luck - people bring it to you
4. Blind luck - it finds you
You are cause for 3 of 4. Work like it.
Another blow to Amazon Sellers. Some of us did know this was going to happen eventually though.
Update about your Nike listings
Hello,
Thank you for your partnership and for providing quality selection for customers, including Nike products. We’re writing to let you know that we will be working directly with Nike to source a number of their products moving forward. By working directly with Nike to source their products, we are able to offer a broader array of products customers love, ensure they are in-stock for customers, and available at great prices with fast shipping. As part of this change, you will no longer be able to sell certain Nike products on Amazon in the U.S. The full list of your impacted ASINs can be found in the table below.
We understand that changes like this have an impact on your business, and require time to adjust. As a result, you’ll have until July 19th, 2025 to sell through your existing inventory. We hope this provides you the time you need to prepare for this change.
After the sell through period ends, your offers on these ASINs will be deactivated and you’ll need to create a removal order for any remaining inventory in FBA by July 19th, 2025. To remove your inventory, go to Manage Inventory, select the items you that want to remove, and select ‘Create removal order’. For more information, go to Remove inventory from a fulfillment center.
We will notify you if any additional products you sell are subject to selling restrictions in the future.
Thank you for your partnership and continuing to sell great products in the Amazon store.
Did you know my family has been in the bookkeeping business for over 30 years? As an Amazon, Walmart, and e-commerce seller myself, I know how overwhelming managing the numbers can get—especially for beginners and intermediate sellers.
I'm curious—would a bookkeeping service designed specifically for e-commerce sellers be helpful for your business? Whether you're just starting out or scaling up, having a solid financial foundation is key to success.
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, like this post, drop a comment, or DM me. I’d love to hear your thoughts and see how we can help!
Amazon needs to fix whatever they are doing. They aren’t just “gating products” on their website. They are literally affecting people’s incomes/ lives. People have kids they need to feed. People have lives that have to live. @AmazonHelp we need answers.
Retweet‼️
@amznsellerhelp this is a REALLY REALLY bad thing for sellers on your platform.
This is not the type of change that should be made on less than 24 hours notice, this goes way deeper than just selling products.
Please fix this
Mind-blowing to think that in just a year, I’ve gone from 0 to shipping nearly 2.2k packages in the last 60 days—all seller fulfilled! The wildest part? This Q4, I’m on track to smash that in just 2 WEEKS. Just goes to show what hard work and consistency can do. 🚀💪 #EntrepreneurLife #GrindPaysOff #Q4Hustle
.@Amazon operates under a "guilty until proven innocent" model.
Imagine if you were put in jail because someone ACCUSED you of a crime. Once you're put in jail you're allowed to appeal your accusation. You were never told what your crime was because that information is confidential. While you are blindly appealing this crime, the government seizes all of your assets and will not return them until you successfully appeal your crime. This is fine, you think to yourself. I didn't do anything wrong. Easy win. Your first appeal is denied. You aren't told why. "Confidential, better luck on the next one". Still in jail. Life savings still on hold. Mortgage payment still due. Kids hungry at home. You're allowed phone calls to a public defender, but they have no access to the details about your case. They barely speak your language, do not live in the same country as you, and have more incentive to get you off of the phone than to help get you out of jail. New appeal, more detail. Denied. Confidential. Better luck next time. Mortgage still due.
Amazon is LITERALLY doing this to THOUSANDS of small businesses across the USA. How is an AMERICAN company allowed to treat AMERICAN small business owners like we're operating in communist USSR?
August 2024 has been nothing short of extraordinary for my Amazon sales journey. As I cross the one-year mark in this venture, this month has become my most successful to date. The dramatic surge in sales, as depicted in the chart below, occurred midway through the month and stemmed from focusing on a single brand and just 4-5 different ASINs. This success was achieved through relentless replenishment of hundreds of units daily.
This entire operation was fulfilled myself under the Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) model, making it a tremendous amount of work, but every moment of effort was undeniably worthwhile. A significant factor in achieving these results was learning to read and predict Keepa charts and sales data, which helped me identify high-potential products like the ones I was selling.
This experience underscores a valuable lesson: consistent dedication over time leads to inevitable success. It also highlights that significant profits can be generated by strategically focusing on a few well-chosen ASINs that you can continually restock.
I am only posting this so that newer sellers know what is possible if you grind and pump FBM. It is a sh** load of work especially by yourself but totally worth it and it's not even Q4 rush yet!
