Some quick thoughts on the rule change regarding higher seeding:
I'm generally very positive towards the change, but, the decision to go first or second must be made BEFORE you look over your opponents deck list. This seems counterproductive, as I thought the whole idea of open deck lists was to even the playing field. Why force one of the most important decisions to be made before that happens? Knowing your opponents 60, or even just the archetype, before the match still gives you an unintended advantage reserved for the players with a lot of friends at the venue
In my match it obviously didn't matter at all, as I was beyond helpless in that matchup regardless, just curious on the communitys thoughts
I REALLY miss making videos, so i created a Patreon while i wait for Google to get my Youtube channels back! https://t.co/aBdGlXRlKY
For 10$ a month you can support me during this time & get access to ALL videos i would post on my main & 2nd channel! Rogue decks & competitive content!
My Orlando regional tournament report & current Standard format tier list videos are both available right now with mostly daily content to come! Any retweets would be appreciated! 🙂
