If we rightly ban Pakistani actors, TV shows, and players from working in India due to diplomatic/security concerns, why allow Pakistani content to influence Indian minds via Insta and YT?

These platforms reach far more people than TV. Indian influencers freely visit Pakistan, portray it as an ideal country with cheerful, welcoming, brotherly people while subtly mocking Indian systems. This shapes public perception, weakens faith in our institutions and armed forces, and paints a hostile nation, which sends proxies to kill our people, as a misunderstood friend.

Freedom of travel is one thing, but giving a platform to pro-Pakistan narratives in India, especially from influencers with large audiences, is a serious national security lapse. Urging you to consider framing clear guidelines: if influencers wish to visit Pakistan, that’s their choice. But uploading content that glorifies an adversary state to Indian audiences should be treated as a violation. One or two decisive actions, like blocking such channels or imposing penalties, will be enough to deter the growing trend of soft propaganda masked as cultural exchange.
