Flomixy

One calendar for agencies and creators. Plan, schedule, get client approval. Claude drafts, humans approve. Free beta.

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

We let Claude draft and schedule posts in Flomixy.

We did not give it an approve button.

It can create the post, pick the time, add the first comment. It cannot publish. A human approves, then it goes out.

AI speed for your team, final say for you and your client.

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

Almost every social tool can schedule a post. Agencies should ask something else:

1. Are clients really separated?
2. Can clients approve without a paid seat?
3. When a client logs in, whose name do they see?

This is the list we built Flomixy against.

When white-label is worth paying for: https://t.co/8Nbe60TSvy

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

White-label is not a logo swap.

If a client ever sees the vendor's name in an email footer, a browser tab or a "powered by" badge, it's only partly white-labeled.

Check the login URL, the login screen, the approval email sender and the approval pages.

All four sound useful, but I’ve tested the 1st one. The way to reuse my best posts letter would be a great adds.

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

Four things you can ask Claude to do in Flomixy:

1. "Schedule a week of posts for the spring launch"
2. "What's still waiting for approval?"
3. "Change the caption on tomorrow's post"
4. "Did the client request changes?"

How to connect in the reply. #MCP

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

Still asking clients for their Instagram password? 2FA already breaks that.

The supported path: the client adds your Business Manager as a partner on their Page and Instagram account. You never see a login.

Check first: Business or Creator account, linked to a Page.

Still early, still rough in places, and that's exactly why we're running a small beta. Want to shape what we build next? 10 spots, free, no card: https://t.co/71w9uxsAwi #buildinpublic

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

@clarityx @bot @notion Nice setup. The gap we keep hitting is the step after: the client approves in one place, the post goes out from another, and the edited copy drifts. Keeping the approval on the post itself fixes most of it.

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

@TokenFrieza Rough. When it happens to us the cause is usually in the details: a video format Meta rejects, or an account session that expired. Did Meta show any reason, or just "failed"?

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

@thomasunise It is. We build on the same Meta APIs and even the developer side has its moments. What do you mainly use it for, scheduling or the inbox?

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

@aishatsocials Founders often try to replace that budget with a tool. A tool can schedule the post. It can't know the customer, write the reply that saves the sale, or tell you the campaign idea is weak. Pay the person, then give them good tools.

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

@anniemaisocial Dark web is generous. At least the dark web has a search bar that works. Half the reason scheduling tools exist is so people don't have to open it every single day.

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

@greg_steckel Depends on where your clients post. If it's mostly X, Typefully is hard to beat. If it's Instagram, Facebook, Threads and LinkedIn with clients signing off on posts, that's what we build, and we're in free beta, so test before you commit $300. List networks per client first.

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

What to change per network: https://t.co/WNu6D3MCpi

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

Same caption, same crop, every network. Feels efficient. It's a format mismatch.

Instagram shows about 125 characters before "more". TikTok wants native 9:16 with a hook in 3 seconds. Threads wants one conversational line.

Same idea. Different brief.

[Flomixy @Flomixy]

@crypto_crawling The post ID rule is the underrated one. We see the same failure on approvals: the client approves v1, someone edits, and v2 goes out under that approval. Tying the approval to one version and resetting it on any edit closes that gap.
