@Scaramucci@philrosenn The most disturbing thing is not that Trump is pulling this shit. That’s no surprise. It’s that more republicans in congress are doing or saying nothing about it. Bad precedent to set just because they’re too cowardly to stand up and say what is right. That’s disappointing.
@ScottJenningsKY What a toad. So you’re accusing nearly half of our voting citizens of hating America? Nice and you know it’s not true but to help your X standing you post rage bait. You’re part of the problem.
@NikkiHaley Dumb comment. The grid nationwide is lacking and republicans have been in power 2/3 last administrations. None of our politicians have the courage or smarts to push legislation to force utilities to make the necessary investments while data centers are using up more and more.
@JayInslee Trump is a dumb ass and has put us behind the curve on renewable energy which, regardless of what he and some of his dumb ass MAGA followers believe, is the future. He's killing us in so many ways.
@jabenso1@AdamKinzinger Good point. Yes I think they should. So many ultra wealthy don't work for salaries, they live off investment income and/or loans against appreciated assets they don't want to sell and realize gains on. I believe they should be paying the same rate as a teacher pays on salary.
@RBReich There is more greed, corruption and excess profits in our current system than most imagine. A basic single payer system for all supplmented by private additional "luxury" coverage for those who wanted to purchase it seems like a logical direction to go if we want to fix it.
@RandPaul The pardon only protected him from vindictive prosecution. Guy did nothing wrong and if this administration ever did press charges, they'd be thrown out like so many other baseless cases they've pursued. They just want to harrass enemies and make them spend money on defense.
