@LNRailway I submitted a delay repay claim yesterday, but didn't get an email confirmation. I didn't take a note of the reference number - should I try to resubmit, or assume that it's gone through?
@LNRailway there is something wrong with the announcements on the 17:19 eus-nmp. Every day, at Watford Junction, there's an auto announcement saying the calling pattern of the service has changed (and it never has). This has been going on for weeks, can it be looked into please?
@LNRailway Where? If I select 'my ticket has a barcode' I'm only given the option to upload an image. And none of the none barcode options apply. This is a Flexi season ticket.
@LNRailway still can't take screenshots of season tickets in the app. This has been going on for months. Seems like it's a deliberate attempt to stop people claiming delays repay
@LNRailway is there any update on what's going on MKC to NMP? Was on the 22:35, got kicked off and moved to the 23:17, have been sat on that for 15 mins with no movement
@LNRailway Good morning - just reporting again that the app doesn't allow you to take screenshots of season tickets, making it very difficult to claim delay repay. Please can this be fixed
