This time table isn’t being set in Congress; it’s being set by reality. We need to move towards becoming carbon free and the bottom line is, scientifically, the right year to do that was yesterday.
In an unrelated interview just now with me and @katierogers, we asked @PeteButtigieg if he, too, was "born to do this," a la Beto. "I think I was born to make myself useful," he said. "We're all trying to figure out how to do it."
