(2/2)
It was Pop-Tarts. Yes, Pop-Tarts. As I passed by, the mother made eye contact with me and gave me the look that only a mother can give, a look that said, "Yes, this is my life now."
SEEING THE JOY (1/2)
While grocery shopping, I watched a little girl break into utter joy as she danced a jig and screamed, "They have my flavor." She held the box over her head and danced some more. I had to see what it was.
WHY?
Why is it that I can remember all of the 425 words (literally, 425) from Paul Simon's "You Can Call Me Al" but I still have trouble remembering what I ate last night or why I briskly walked into a certain room?
"JUST AN HOUR OF MURDER"
So I watched the Punisher movie tonight on Disney+. It's awful. It's pointless. My son summed it up best when he called it "just an hour of murder." I'm not a prude, and I can certainly appreciate violent movies. Not this. Marvel, this is horrible.

This blows my mind. This is for sale for roughly $15 at Walmart. This is virtually enough space to hold every photo and video you will take in your lifetime. This is larger than the hard drives of computers just five years ago. My only fear would be losing it.
HOW OLD WERE YOU WHEN YOU GOT YOUR FIRST TATTOO?
I just read a newspaper story about a woman who got her first tattoo at age 65. How old were you when you got your first one? And what is the story behind it?

I was wondering (as I often do). So why aren't we supposed to put our elbows on the table? So I looked it up. It began in medieval times. If too many people sat at the table with their elbows on it, the table would wobble and spill drinks. Now you know
Fun fact I learned -- renewable energy (wind, solar, etc.) is now providing 34% of the world's energy. And here is a fun quiz for you. What country is using solar to provide power to the largest percentage of its population? That would be Hungary, at 30%.
This reporter, @RealRoySchwartz , spent nearly a year researching Marvel's founding publisher, Martin Goodman. This is an amazing read that will give you a new appreciation for Mr. Goodman, who almost always is cast in a negative light. He deserves better.
