This is why your role right now is so important. Stay compassionate… but stay protected. Compassion does not mean allowing yourself to be pulled into someone else’s chaos. It does not mean shrinking your awareness to keep others comfortable. It means understanding that many are confronting parts of themselves they’ve spent a lifetime running from.

You can hold empathy without absorbing their fear.
You can offer grace without sacrificing your boundaries.
You can love humanity without lowering your frequency to match confusion and anger.

Everyone is being given the opportunity to face themselves. Some will rise to meet it. Others will resist until the very end. But none of that is your burden to carry.

Your responsibility is to remain clear. Grounded. Honest with yourself. Because in a world where masks are falling and illusions are dissolving… the most powerful thing you can be is someone who has already faced their own darkness and chosen growth anyway.

When the light gets brighter… everything hidden is revealed.
Make sure you are anchored in truth… not running from it.
