Extreme Situational Awareness (paying attention to much more of what is happening around you)

Hyper Ergonomics (lack of friction between my intentions and my actions).
Work out the kinks.
In your body, relationships, finances, careers, parenting, civic participation...
Wherever there are drops in voltage––bodily, emotional, cognitive, or professional––work out the kinks.
During experiences of flow or "ecstasis", everyday waking normal stops and we get to experience life, ourselves, and our relationship to it, in fundamentally different ways
