Flow Learn is live.
A free, open-source curriculum for builders who want to understand AI agents, blockchain, protocol engineering, and the systems behind them.
We’re curating relevant resources and shaping them into a path that keeps evolving.

The AI model is only one part of an agent.
The rest is context, permissions, commands, QA, memory, dependency contracts, review, verification, and feedback loops.
Harnessy is our attempt to build that layer in the open.

Feel free to send PRs 😃
We have been building Harnessy.
Harnessy is an agent capability harness for software projects and agent runtimes: the layer that tells an agent what it can do, what context matters, and how to verify the environment.
Flow Research Fellowship was created around a simple belief:
Many talented people need more than a course, certificate, or passive community to grow.
They need meaningful work. They need direct feedback. They need opportunities to contribute and build in public.
A thread 🧵
Flow Research Fellowship is designed to create an environment where contributors can learn by doing, collaborate with others, and produce meaningful outputs along the way.
Applications are open until May 31st.

We believe people grow fastest when they are • Contributing to real work • Shipping consistently • Receiving thoughtful feedback • Building publicly • Working on systems that matter
But the direction is clear:
The agent should not only make people more productive in a job they already have, it should help people access new income opportunities they could not reach before.

Your AI Agent Should Have a Job
Not because agents need jobs.
Because people do.
Most AI tools help people who already have work: write faster, plan faster. But what about people who are capable, ambitious, but locked out of the jobs those tools are built around?
We are still early.
We are not pretending the hard parts are solved.
The hard parts are the whole point: quality, trust, incentives, reputation, permissions, demand, real unit economics.
This matters especially in emerging markets.
Technology has already opened doors for millions of people. AI can open even more.
But access should not stop at using the tools. People should also be able to contribute work, build reputation, and earn from the value they help create
