@tim_cook It meant the world to us to be able to show @tim_cook our app at @Apple in Berlin yesterday! 🙏 We're so grateful to everyone who is already learning piano with flowkey, and excited to see what the future brings.🧡

@disnoid72 Wonderful! 😊 Have a great weekend! 😎

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@Ch1R0n1n Looks and sounds like it's going great so far! 🙌 Keep it up!💪

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@zsaigh87 Our support team will get back to you asap. Please allow this to take up to 24 hours though. They will definitely help you with this. Thanks for your patience.

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@jenlooper Awww, thanks so much! 😍🙏 Our devs give their best everyday to create a smooth experience for our users on mobile. 🤓💪Will make sure they see you Tweet!

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@RobinCalmegard Yes, please do! We'll be happy to set up the trial for you. 😊

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@RobinCalmegard Happy to hear that this is already sorted out! Still, thanks a lot for giving our app a try.

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@mrbenjaminryder No worries! Hope you'll get your late birthday present soon. ;)

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@mrbenjaminryder First: HAPPY belated BIRTHDAY! 🥳 🥳 Second: Please get in touch with our support team ([email protected]). They can definitely arrange a late birthday present for you. 😉

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@garrethmcdaid Oh wow! You've been definitely practicing very diligently with our app the last two days. 💪💪Though I LOVE your enthusiasm please also remember to take breaks to avoid sore muscles and injuries. This will make sure you can enjoy practicing long -term. 🙌

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@StefanHamilton @caolan Thanks for reaching out. Connecting your CLP745 via USB is definitely possible (and functioning). Our technical support can help with this. You can reach them via in-app messenger or email to [email protected] 🎹💪

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@caolan Hi Caolan, in order to use Bluetooth MIDI on flowkey, a Bluetooth MIDI adapter is needed. May I ask which one you're using? If you write us from within the app, we can also have a look at your account - which often helps to sort things out. :)

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@JasonZagami @YamahaMusicUSA Happy belated birthday! And great present by the way. 😉 Have fun practicing! 💪🎹

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@bisoux Wow!

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@alexandroiv14 Thanks a lot for learning with us for more than 3 years already! That's awesome! I'll put your song suggestions on our wish list so our pianists can evaluate them. I hope some of them can be considered. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!🤞

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@siewertw @realMattLittle @caolan @YamahaMusicUSA Thanks for your feedback. You can definitely use our app on your Android device and also connect it via cable for MIDI with your Clavinova. If you'd like help with this, our support team is there for you: [email protected]

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@caolan We do have users who use Bluetooth MIDI, however, the ones we know are all on iPad. And the users who use MIDI on Android use (most likely) the wired connection. So I'm afraid there is no work around yet - still, I will ask our expert again just to make sure.

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@galenpannadar Thanks for reaching out. I can understand your concerns. The notifications in the courses acknowledge your efforts of taking the course and learning with us. The actual feedback is given by our note detection though. Still, I see that this can be a bit confusing.

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@Nepomucene @yokeemusic We definitely want to improve our app for families as well. So hopefully in the future, it will also better suit your and your family's needs.

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@Nepomucene Thanks for asking. Your kids can definitely share a subscription. However, that also means they share the same account. When they learn different songs though, it is easy to differentiate who did what.

[flowkey @flowkey_com]

@JaneODonnell1 Sorry to hear that you encountered issues with your subscription. Our support team can definitely help you with this! Please send an email to [email protected] or use our messenger within the app. Thanks a lot!
