@caolan Hi Caolan, in order to use Bluetooth MIDI on flowkey, a Bluetooth MIDI adapter is needed. May I ask which one you're using? If you write us from within the app, we can also have a look at your account - which often helps to sort things out. :)

@caolan We do have users who use Bluetooth MIDI, however, the ones we know are all on iPad. And the users who use MIDI on Android use (most likely) the wired connection. So I'm afraid there is no work around yet - still, I will ask our expert again just to make sure.
@galenpannadar Thanks for reaching out. I can understand your concerns. The notifications in the courses acknowledge your efforts of taking the course and learning with us. The actual feedback is given by our note detection though. Still, I see that this can be a bit confusing.

@Nepomucene Thanks for asking. Your kids can definitely share a subscription. However, that also means they share the same account. When they learn different songs though, it is easy to differentiate who did what.
