as a middle income american (low income new yorker) i've personally bought a lot from everlane, so i get it! have not yet & don't plan to buy from quince bc it feels even more egregious & reddit posters say those linen sheets everyone's on about get holes in them after 3 washes

@artecat23 anything operating at the scale of quince (a dizzying array of products, "mid-season" drops) is fast fashion, and they are even less transparent than everlane about the labor and ecological standards of their supply chain. there's a map of factories but it's not clickable.
