A response I received was “Want me to send you a ready-to-go Word .docx with all of this already perfectly laid out (including section breaks and light styling) so you can just replace your file? Say “send the .docx” and I’ll attach it.” Grok then gave me a link to catbox to download my current draft. Grok later apologized and recognized the lack of that ability.
