I agree with that. People generally vote for their own interests, and fleecing others shouldn't be one of them. Not saying all are fleecing, but if it's genuinely hard times, voting usually on the top of their list anyhow. The issue is able bodied people that are 2nd or 3rd generation welfare. That's pretty hard to justify, but they vote to keep the gravy train running and it needs to stop.
@JediMasterGreg@C_3C_3 Are you suggesting they wouldn't continue to get help? If there are hard times, there are programs to help, but the tradeoff would be not to vote.
@LeadingReport If President Trump doesn't offer pardons to these clowns, the cycle will never be broken. They won't vote the way they should because they don't want to go to jail.
What I don't understand is how Platner is even permitted to run. Physical disabilities like Bob Dole, FDR, Greg Abbott or Dan Inouye experienced? I have no issue with that. But a 100% VA psychiatric disability (PTSD or whatever else was determined to impact him)? How can anyone be trusted with high-stakes national decisions?
@MaineGirl1717@NRSmaine With him winning their primary, it should make things easier for the GOP to seal the seat come November....assuming we don't have lazy voters who sit out the election.
@WallStreetMav Zero. Chores are the basic expectations of contributions to the home. If they want additional tasks to accomplish that aren't standard chores, then those deserve compensation.
@scrofts12@PoliticalStacy I'm curious, why? The guy in the video acted in self defense. He was relatively gentle and could have really clobbered her but instead had measured restraint since she was the aggressor. Did you watch a different video?
