.@FriedgeHNIC tells the story of how Jack Eichel ran into Travis Green and Rick Tocchet while out for dinner in Vegas.
Both coaches had lost to Carolina earlier in the playoffs, and Eichel asked them for a scouting report on the Canes 👀
This was actually a good challenge by Vegas. That puck is alive and loose. That is Barbashev's stick going for the puck. That's a poor decision by the NHL situation room.

Carolina became the first team since the 1944 Canadiens to win a Stanley Cup Final game after trailing by multiple goals in the final 10 minutes of regulation 😳
My 10-year-old, who loves @StormyCanes but really doesn't give a rip about hockey, actually watched that game. If anything's gonna make her a sports fan, it's that one. What a game.
Her expert analysis: "That coach shouldn't have done that (challenge). That was dumb."

Sound off to let me know a Stanley Cup Final with a better game 1 and 2 than this one. Can’t think of any but I’m also watching crack hockey and feel like I’m on the junk myself with this madness
My god. Canes get the kill and then Stone ties it. 3-3 with just over a minute left. Golden Knights are lethal with the net pulled. The comeback kids at it again. We’re heading to overtime. Carolina finally gets going and they give it away.
Vegas scores with 1:21 left to tie the game at 3 and force OT. @Canes had scored three late goals in about 5 minutes to take a 3-2 lead. Wild finish as we go to OT in Raleigh.
