Republicans playing the sane and class card is always smart. The soft middle needs to look to Republicans as the party of the adults. Screaming RINO and yelling at the moon has brought us the trifecta and years of Dem wins as they win the PR war. Smile and nod when you see this as someone is finally playing the long game in the Republican Party. We win when we look good. We lose when we are the angry minority.

Not sure what is different other than perspective. My parents raised 4 kids in a small house and lived pay check to pay check. I started out the same when I had kids. This mythical place you seek is what you are living. Enjoy the ride and raising your kids and quit looking to the left and right. Wealth isn’t just measured in dollars.

I referee soccer and coached it for years. I also coached hockey. Player Development in hockey produces talent through identification of it and then training and competition at high levels. I am not talking about u19 I am talking about u15. USA hockey allows a coach to nominate top players to District where they are ranked and sent to State and then on to National camp. Massive numbers skate at District levels to produce a core group that is then developed. All judged by neutrals who are not making a living off of the sport. Meanwhile soccer relies on a club system where the paid director calls US Soccer to come look at a player. No mass open tryouts at the district level like hockey. Just a for profit and inefficient system which loses many of the best athletes as they are never seen or given a try out. Soccer in the USA will be second tier until we solve the for profit club based core system which doesn’t reward talent it rewards those that can pay. Hockey has its for profit club based core also but they go thru the same wash as community based players.

That this was a generational opportunity to remove the leadership of the largest state sponsor of terror for the last 50 years. We will not accept an Iran with nuclear weapons, ballistic missiles, and ability to export weapons and funds to bad actors. If a new leadership has emerged that can comply with these stipulations we will have peace. If they don’t we will continue to seek to end their threat by all means possible. The choice is theirs.

Good guy and one of very few names that comes to mind when I think Loon player. I can still name a dozen MN Kicks players. MSL needs to learn that the brand is the players and not the logo. Keep players on the roster longer and get them out in the community. As of today the Loon’s are invisible to the public at large and even to fans of the team. Hard to be a fan of a logo.

He is a lame duck and his political clout dwindles as such. I will also add that standing next to Trump is done at a candidate’s peril. You don’t gain MAGA numbers as they vote R at higher propensity than swings vote anti Trump. It is math that drives policy and Trump being a lame duck is just going to accentuate that this mid term. We need to hold as many seats as possible and that has to be done with tactical not emotion run campaigns.

If the people are 150 right wing nut jobs showing up on a Saturday in June to endorse a candidate who can’t win and has embezzled campaign funds in previous campaigns is a real voice I would beg to differ. The Dems are smart enough to have their caucus and conventions and still select their candidates strategically and give them resources to drown out the others. Never forget Walz was not the endorsed candidate in his first run but had $3M and ran the table in the Primary. Meanwhile we have our hard right eating any person trying to win and screaming RINO at the moon.
