Ayah adalah seorang engineer pesawat. Dialah yang berjasa mengenalkan saya dengan dunia penerbangan. Sejak kecil saya diperkenalkan dengan berbagai hal soal dunia penerbangan, khususnya pilot. Sejak itulah tumbuh tekad untuk menjadi seorang pilot.

Sempat berniat untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jurusan hukum, pada akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk melanjutkan ke sekolah pilot.
Semua berawal dari pesan kakak pertama saya.

Sebelum meninggal, dia berpesan agar saya menjadi pilot. Belum sempat berdiskusi lebih jauh, kakak saya sudah lebih dulu dipanggil Tuhan.
