Hard at work on @ProboCI and SkateTrack applications. Updates to Probo coming in May. SkateTrack launches this summer. Still lots to do - but work is ongoing.
Looking at @herodevs for guidance on maintenance of Drupal 7 modules. Will there be a space for contributed modules updated to latest versions of PHP when https://t.co/t8CRXFtF3v removes them?
Business tip. If you have a "Contact Us" web form on your web site and never answer requests sent to it, then remove it. Makes you look like you don't care.
We are going to @drupalcon in Portland this year. We're looking forward to meeting you all and all the vendors and pressing the pavement. Learning and preaching new ideas and new methodologies. In short. Innovating.
Part of our vision for 2024 is to port all Drupal 7 modules that have active usage to @backdropcms - Drupal 7 version hosting will be moved to https://t.co/7eJgYcNUTi (yes we will have a web site by end of 2023). Versions for Drupal 10 will also be ported on a use/need basis.
@shopsfargo@backdropcms@wordpressdotcom@drupal@drupalassoc@BADCamp To be fair, @backdropcms has learned from this and have been a good bridge experience between the power of Drupal's framework and the usability of WordPress especially in terms of extensions. It's like they've taken the best of WordPress and Drupal and have something to build on
Updated the @Docker container for @rethinkdb for version 2.4.3 of the server. Container also has all the python tools for backups, restores and other functionality. This was updated as part of the @ProboCI project. https://t.co/LaVT4PUGrZ
I am an opinionated developer. When I see an API that has a contributed integration, I can't use it unless it is properly maintained. I'd rather roll my own maintained branch than have a dependency on something else.
