@Assurant has a history of us returning a phone back in January. Yet they charged my account $510 for a non-return fee. Now @TMobile disconnected our phone after assuring us this wouldn’t happen because the “historical notes” and conference calls between T-Mobile and Assurant….

@Assurant @TMobile contd… then why didn’t T-Mobile pay it. They’ll get their money back they said. They don’t have the option to bypass it and we need to pay the amounts for them to turn our phones back on. They won’t even credit our phone bill the amounts to get them back on.

@Assurant @TMobile contd… they have had numerous talks about the error and now unless we pay T-Mobile the fees and set up a payment plan for an amount that never should have been on there, they will not turn our 1st responder lines back on. They said you’ll get the money back.
