Since Nathan Shi replaced Jeff Shi as chairman last December, Guo has been far more hands-on, as Nathan lacks experience in the world of football. Unconvinced by results under Edwards last season, when Wolves lost 15 of his 27 Premier League games in charge, Guo decided to pull the plug.

Edwards' assistant Rui Silva was being lined up to replace Edwards. Though this did not happen, it hinted at moves in the background even before the end of the season. Let's be frank here.
Plaudits for the lowering of prices shouldn't be loud.

We have been globally embarrassed this season.
We've even had Walsall fans mocking us. Walsall.

It's a step in the right direction off the pitch to regain the confidence lost by the previous chairman, but now we need clear and executed long term planning with strong investment and structure on the pitch to keep the seats in the stadium full.

For today, it's good work Nathan, & Wolves, but tomorrow and the years to come, there is always room for improvement. Strive for better.
