They're under a lot of pressure 2 perform, anxiety common. Losing a critical core of experienced teachers, morale low. #shortesighted

I reckon one of the best examples of Cognitive Load Theory in practice is the load placed on teachers by Behaviour Management.

Every ounce of concentration taken by BM is a loss in attention devoted to teaching the content. And there is a finite amount of attention available.
