Dear producers, maybe you should've not greenlit 374628476 new isekai adaptations, game adaptations, a fucking one piece remake, no, 40 of old shows remakes

... to start working as animator rn is quite literally a nightmare - unless you have years of experience - youre earning nothing, because of how wide spread the budgets are. Actually braindead insane quantity over quality.
Payments can be good, I know that from experience. But for every animator who earns a lot cause he does high quality stuff, there are dozen of animators who earn nothing

* a remark. I do not know how much they actually earn from anime, but I would imagine it is alot, especially considering how popular it is rn.
I know some of the studios are trying to make things better, but I also know how many projects are getting made every year, and this number is not healthy

I do not worry that AI takes our jobs, its not a simple discussion for another time, but I absolutely think that 'need' of AI is very very forced by same people who are trying to invest in it now.
