Soviet circus acrobat, Valentin Dikul, performing his power juggling act in 1985. The sphere balls weighed 88 lbs (40 kg) each.
At age 14, Dikul was seriously injured during a gymnastic performance when a steel support cross beam broke, causing him to fall 43 ft (13 meters) and fracture his spine and suffer a traumatic brain injury.
As part of his recovery process, Dikul began to train 5 to 6 hours a day stretching rubber bands, lifting heavy objects and doing push-ups. However, he was unable to even move his legs. Doctors told him that there was no hope that he would be able to walk again, but Dikul persisted by continuing to workout everyday until he would pass out from exhaustion.
As he began to develop more muscles on his chest, body and arms, Dikul would incrementally increase the weights. Once he regained his upper body strength, he began to tie ropes to his feet and move them using a pulley system. At first he would move them just by pulling the ropes with his hands, then he began using counterweight loads. After 8 months, Dikul was discharged from the hospital.
His story was told in the media and he became bombarded with letters asking for help. Dikul spent 3 to 4 hours a day responding to people and would send them instructions on his method of rehabilitation. In 1988, Dikul opened up a rehabilitation center to help people with spinal injuries. He is still heading it to this day and is alive and well.
🔴Many years ago people knew that, "Moonlight is its own light" As science improved we learned that, "The moon has no light, the moonlight is reflective light"
🔵The Holy Quran [Sura: Farqaan, Chapter 25, Verse 61]: Allah says "How great is He, who created the zodiac circle in the sky, there created the lamp (sun) and the moon whose borrowed light (reflected light)"
Who else can say 1500 years ago except Allah? Surely Allah is great.
BEWARE OF THE LEAKING BUCKET!
1. You wear abaya and hijāb but with perfume and makeup. ( a leaking bucket )
2. You're following the Sunnah and have a beard but you don't lower your gaze. (A leaking bucket)
3. You pray all of your prayers on time but you have no khushū at all. (A leaking bucket)
4. You're very kind to people and speak with them gently but with your family you're always harsh. (A leaking bucket)
5. You honour and treat your guests well but when they leave, you gossip about them and talk about their flaws. (A leaking bucket)
6. You give alot of sadaqah to the poor but you humiliate them and hurt them. (A leaking bucket)

*Christians, please stop saying Ooops❗* 🧐
*CHRISTIAN* : Muhammad cannot be a true Prophet of God because he fought wars and had people killed.
*MUSLIM* : David killed Goliath. Samson killed many enemies of God. Jihad is not terrorism and it's found in the Bible. It is a just struggle for survival of God's people and God's religion. Do you believe that Joshua and David were true Prophets? They killed in Jihad, and so did many other Prophets and Bible heroes.
*Ooops* ❗
*CHRISTIAN* : Muhammad cannot be a true Prophet of God because he married a 9 year old!
*MUSLIM* : Many Muslim scholars have proven that Aisha was 18 or 19. But what if I show you 1Corinthians 7:36, where Paul allows marriage as soon as her "flower of youth" sets in? And what if you realise that marrying young girls was the norm all over the world, in those times?
*Ooops* ❗
*CHRISTIAN* :
Muhammad cannot be a true Prophet of God because he took many wives!
*MUSLIM* : What if I showed you that many biblical Prophets practiced polygamy, including Abraham, David, Solomon pbut, and there are Bible verses encouraging polygamy, but not a single Bible verse which expressly forbids it! Why the double standards?
*Ooops* ❗
*CHRISTIAN* :
Muhammad cannot be a true Prophet of God because the Bible does not prophecise him!
*MUSLIM* : What if I showed you so many Bible prophecies which can only be fulfilled in Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wasallam, including Deuteronomy 18:18, Genesis 49:10, Isaiah 29:12, John 16:7, Habakkuk 3:3, Haggai 2:7, etc. Entire books have been written on this!
*Ooops* ❗
*CHRISTIAN* :
Muhammad cannot be a true Prophet of God because he said that Jesus Christ is not God, neither God's son!
*MUSLIM* : Jesus Pbuh himself, never explicitly claimed to be God. And secondly, "son of God" is a common Bible figure of speech to denote a Prophet or righteous person. And what if I show you many other "sons of God" in the Bible?
*Ooops* ❗
*CHRISTIAN* :
Muhammad cannot be a true Prophet of God because he said that the Bible has been changed!
*MUSLIM* : The Bible has undergone so many revisions and edits and textual corruption over the centuries. Many examples of errors and contradictions can be shown. *The Christian Bible Scholars themselves admit that not everything in the Bible is God's Word. It also contains the opinions of men.*
*Ooops* ❗
Dear reader, *don't let it be an _Ooops_ situation on the Day of Judgement*. Do your own research and discover that there is *not a single reasonable argument* why Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wasallam is not a true Prophet of God. He worked many miracles and his teachings took millions from idolatry to the holistic worship of the One True Creator. May Allah guide one and all, aameen 🤲🏻
🛑VIRTUES OF 10 DAYS OF DHUL HIJJAH
-------------------------------------------------------------------
1. The first ten days are actually nine days with the addition of Eid. It is called the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, but only nine of them are for fasting, as the tenth day is the beginning of Eid.
👉 It is impermissible to fast on the day of Eid; this is a consensus amongst the people of knowledge.
🌿"The Prophet used to fast the first nine days of Dhul-Hijjah.."
📗Sunan Abi Dawud 2437 (Sahih)
2. It is permissible to fast the first nine days of Dhul-Hijjah, with the last day being the day of Arafah for those not doing Hajj.

👉 That they may witness [i.e., attend] benefits for themselves and mention the name of Allah on known [i.e., specific] days over what He has provided for them of [sacrificial] animals. So eat of them and feed the miserable and poor.
📗Surah Al-Hajj: 28
🌿Ibn Abbas said:-"
👉 The appointed days are the days of Arafah (9th), an-Nahr (10th) and the days of Tashreeq (11th, 12th and 13th).
👉 Refrain from clipping Nails & Cutting Hair:
🌿The Prophet (saw) said:-
👉 "Whoever wants to offer a sacrifice, let him not remove anything from his nails or cut his hair for the first ten days Dhul-Hijjah."
📗Sunan an-Nasa'i 4362 (Sahih)
👉 The Ruling regards to Slaughtering:
👉 An individual who slaughters from his own wealth on behalf of himself and his family is not permitted to shave any hair from his body, remove any part of his skin, or cut his nails.
👉. An individual who slaughters from his own wealth for others, e.g., he wishes to slaughter for his father or his mother, must not cut his hair, take from his skin, or cut his nails.
👉 Anybody who wishes to slaughter with someone else's wealth, for somebody else (e.g., he has been entrusted by someone else to slaughter cattle for him) is allowed to cut his hair, nails, skin, etc.
👉 Day of Eid Al Adha:
🌿The Prophet said:-
👉 "The days of Mina (11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul-Hijjah) are days of eating and drinking."
📗Sunan Ibn Majah 1719 (Hasan)
🌿The Prophet said:-
👉 "The Day of Arafah, the Day of Nahr, and the Days of Tashriq are Eid for us. The people of Islam, and they are days of eating and drinking."
📗Jami at-Tirmidhi 773 (Hasan)
