Having cameras that can read number plates that then shows the police the drivers details would be more effective. And then follow through with the punishment.

@HezeriSamsuri Yes seatbelts are one thing, absolutely. But don't completely ignore the fact that the coach driver was highly unqualified to be driving due to his lack of health and safety and being a responsible driver. Hold the driver accountable as HE was the person in charge of the journey.
