@CompaniesHouse@Jackwhite257 Hello CF, thank you for your reply. I had already DM’d the information. Having done so, Jas then asked me to send the same message via email to ‘enquiries’ which I did last week. Automated acknowledgment has so far been received.
@Jackwhite257@CompaniesHouse So sorry to hear that Jack. I had also contacted the Enquiries Team before trying this platform. I was also advised to DM. Their DM response was to email the which I have done. Going in circles and quite sad that my simple question still hasn’t been answered.
@CJAugustsson@CompaniesHouse I am also facing similar predicament which is beginning to be costly. £50 already spent with an ACSP who ended up using the same s/w as CH. CH has advise to try another ACSP. How is this a sustainable spend for a micro company?
@CompaniesHouse@CompaniesHouse My ID verification has failed twice due to facial recognition mismatch (passport valid & accepted).
An ACSP confirmed using your biometric software.
What other route is available when automated biometric checks fail? Is a Post Office/manual verification possible?
@Medway_NHS_FT Is the Ulrasound Dept actually open today. The 01634825162 has been on voicemail since 9am. I have a 12pm appointment and I left a message but no one has given a callback. The main hospital reception is overwhelmed.
@KevinAtp@Interrail At leader you got a response from your supplier. Their colleagues at @Se_Railway don’t bother to respond to emails or tweets. Still unresolved after speaking with more than 4 agents on their customer service line. #shambles
@Se_Railway Can you explain to my family why your CS agents will mandate a passenger travelling on your non-highspeed service (Rochester station to London Cannon Street) to buy the single ticket priced at £25.50 ticket instead of the normal £21. What is your rationale? Thanks
@Se_Railway@Se_Railway why is it never possible to speak to a manager when one calls your Customer Service line? I called thrice yesterday to gain an understanding of your refund process but none of your agents knew the answer or able to find a manager to assist. #wasteful#inefficient
@Se_Railway@jazzyjinks@Se_Railway You know this is not entirely true, if the declassification happened on a non-high speed service. This is unfair to passengers who would have ordinarily bought cheaper tickets but perhaps have to purchase a first class ticket to be seated.
@Se_Railway@dog_gem@dcifoyle Station staff advises likewise but it is not entirely true. If you are travelling on a non-highspeed service (which ticket is usually cheaper), you don’t get a full refund. Calling out this unfairness doesn’t change SE’s stance which is disappointing 😔
@MattDoy@TomRuth93421496@Se_Railway@Se_Railway I end up buying 1st class tickets (costs £29.70 includes high speed service that I don’t need) just to be seated! When SE declassifies the 7.47am service from Rochester to London Bridge, they don’t fully refund the difference of £8.70. Normal fare is advertised as £21
@Se_Railway@Se_Railway this your #unfair practice needs to be stopped, CS Managers not available on your CS line to help resolve escalations. I shouldn’t be forced to purchase a top for highspeed service whilst on a non-highspeed train service. I need you to process my refund fully ASAP!
@Se_Railway@Se_Railway I end up buying 1st class tickets (which includes high speed service that I don’t need) just to be seated! So when you declassify your 7.47am service from Rochester to London Bridge, why won’t you fully refund the difference of £8.70! My fare should be reduced to £21
