@TMobile I need corporate to call me. Everyone who touched or promised to fix the issue needs to be fired. I now have a supervisor saying he will remove charges but wants me to pay for your error. So I owe for restoration fee. Thats how you thank a customer for 9yrs of service?
Now @TMobile supervisor Jimmy said he will remove charges but we need to pay restoration fees we were charged. It was charged due to their error.π€¬ there's a memo on our acct as of June 15, 2024 that states the phones were received & charges will be removed 1-2 billing cycles.
@Assurant and @TMobile supervisor assured me the non-return fees would be removed in 1-2 billing cycles since July of 2023. No charges were removed. Now our whole acct was canceled saying we owe & it's 91 days past due. π€£ it's been over 1yr waiting for charges to be removed.π‘
The fact I woke up to my phone saying no Sim registered is crazy. @TMobile closed our 6 line phone acct with no warning. I had to drive to closes @TMobile store to have some tell me what's going on. π‘π‘π‘
@TMobile@Assurant I'm sick and tired of talking to you guys every month, 2 to 3 times per month. I returned 3 phones 1 yr ago and charges have not been removed.
@TMobile here we are again another morning and all 6 phone lines are off. I'm so beyond missed I'm tired of talking to you guys and you reassuring us you are handling the issue. You guys are a bunch of liars. @Assurant has confirmed phones were returned last year.
Now I'm being asked after 2 hours of being on the phone to rectify the issue if they can call me back in 1 to 2 hours. They need to call T-mobile Corporate to have them remove the charges. I'm not a happy customer, and I'm definitely going to look into another phone carrier. π‘
Now, Assurant said they can't take off the charges. Tmobile has, too π€£π€£πππ‘π€¬. They keep placing the blame on each other and failing to realize the effect it's having on all 6 lines. I'm tired of talking to them every month and multiple times a month.
180 days, but it's been over a year since they received the phones. So they had it within the 180 days and have been turning off our phones even though we did our part by returning the device and paid our monthly phone bills since.
8 days since my last post about t-mobile turning off my phone, and it's off again. I've been on the phone for over an hour. Assurant has confirmed the return of the phones from last year, but it's past 180 days for them to fix the issue. Tmobile has to remove charges π€¦π½ββοΈπ€¬
I'm sick of Tmobile and Assurant. I've been on the phone with them this morning for almost 2 hours last month it was 4hours just for them to confirm they received the phones and turn my phone back on. Monthly calls are crazy! I talk to them more than anyone in my contacts.
I call them every month for the last year because they still didn't take the charges off the bill for the phones that were returned. Every month, they turn off our phone's. Mind you, we pay our phone bills on time each month.
I'm so over T-mobile and Assurant. I returned 3 phones for 3 different people on our line last year. I tracked the phones delivery to Assurant. 3 months later, they charged me for the 3 phones that were returned. Then they turn off all 6 lines due to non-payment.
