Previously, Jonathan was at Fenwick & West LLP, where he worked exclusively with cryptocurrency clients across the industry and throughout their lifecycle 🧵

Prior to Fenwick, Jonathan was at Goodwin Procter LLP, focusing on growth equity and M&A, and at Milbank LLP, specializing in leveraged finance.

Earlier experience includes serving as an auditor at PwC. Jonathan earned a JD cum laude from Fordham University School of Law.
