It is important to create a user-centric design, create personalized experience, aid efficiency in the Design process amongst many reasons.
User persona is an important aspect of product design.
User Persona.
Who is a Persona?
A persona is a fictional character representing a particular group of users in design.
We can get our person's details, needs and wants based on the research feedback.
There are different types of person.
We have proto-persona, user persona,
primary personal, negative personal and secondary personal.
What's the importance of having a user personal in product design?
It is important for guiding the designer to understand the user's needs, frustration and behaviour.
It's okay to start afresh.
And that's why I am taking my Africa Agility design class so serious.
Been posting #20DoLC on LinkedIn.
