@montebooker In general i think it's going to be nice to just see you produce and give advice on things, people probably want to see a lot of that. Battles or feedback might be good for chat engagement too

@karav3lo Also, if you can, id recommend the 16gb RAM, and atleast 500 gb ssd. The ssd ofcourse depends on how much you want to use external storage, but i personally feel like 500 is the minimum if you run a few sample based plugins like kontakt or something else

@karav3lo Stock stuff on ableton should run pretty well on the m1 mac, even tho it's emulated through rosetta until ableton is suppoerted natively on the m1, but quite many plugins either dont work yet or have some hiccups. So id say yeah but don't expect the smoothest experience at first
