Rachel Reeves has just announced another £290 million of taxpayers money for Ukraine's energy security.

Why is securing Ukraine's energy being prioritised over making energy affordable for the people paying the taxes in our country?

The UK has now committed up to £25 billion in support for Ukraine, a country we have no historical allegiance with.

Over a thousand wind turbines across Britain contain banned ASBESTOS in brake parts supplied by Chinese manufacturers .
The chrysotile asbestos banned in Britain since 1999 was found in lift and hoist brakes . A major and very expensive ( paid by the taxpayer ) clean up operation is now underway with costs expected to be substantial .
Not forgetting if any of those brake pads broke and the asbestos got into the ground the fibres don't break down they would stay in the soil for a longtime making the land contaminated meaning it couldn't be disturbed with digging or grown on . Dangerous stuff if airborne

🇬🇧 More than 150 kebab takeout shops across Britain have been given government licences to hire workers directly from overseas through a new visa program.

Crucially, the licences not only allow the Kebab shops to hire workers from abroad, but once those workers are in, they will be allowed to bring family members into the UK.

There are over 1.8 million people unemployed in the UK, but yeah, why not bring in more overseas workers, because this is clearly a highly skilled job.
