It’s unlawful because Congress never gave the authority to the @StateDept to choose its favorite visa categories and ignore the rest. Congress didn’t trust them with that discretion for good reason, and can’t let them ignore the will of congress. 2/2

Please start f2a/f21 interviews in Pakistan. Stop sending an automated 60 days email. We are also humans and have same feelings and emotions, that IR and CR category have.

Reading “unused family [visas]” here, makes my blood boil. Over 560k separated families in backlog awaiting immigrant visas, yet some of these visas will be used by other categories.
