@hunt_ele Hi Ele.
Unfortunately it looks as though your clamp’s weld is slightly out of kilter. The opening isn’t large enough.
Apologies for this. I’ll get a replacement part in the post for you ASAP.
@SciAnsell if you want to go even further, you could put a bit of outer gear cable around the section of cable that runs through the groove. It shouldn’t be necessary though.
@SciAnsell also, for a nice bike like that I would recommend using a wrap of old inner tube around the frame underneath the metal strap. It will protect the paint and also give the clamp something better to bite/tighten against.
@PurpleRick_C317 It’s normal and will get better over time. There is nothing abnormal about the hub spacing on that bike. We have aftermarket XL skewers for bikes with wider axles and the FollowMe has no problem with those either. Don’t be afraid to stretch it; it won’t break.
@MAriganello@BikeOttawa Yes, you can tow a child and carry another on a seat with the FollowMe, no problem. @truc_a_velo would be the ones to contact in Canada.
Hi everyone. The price of FollowMe Tandems will soon rise circa 10-15%. This is due to our next incoming shipment being our first since leaving the EU and coronavirus. Transportation costs have increased and we will also have duties and additional disbursements to pay.

PS - if you need the hollow axle option for your child's bike then it will still be cheaper to purchase the standard configuration now and get the adaptor separately when they're available again in ~March - https://t.co/4xhi4SByHq
