@HMRCcustomers Your website is no help to my husband who is blind in 1 eye, the other has limited vision. He can't register as he only has a passport, no driving licence and no credit score as he doesn't have a credit card. Phone wait too long why can't you be more helpful?

@sainsburys O/no: 1153188654 I ordered 1 salmon pate & 1 crab pate but you subsituted both of these with tuna pate which I returned to the driver. I spoke to a member of your staff & she has arranged a refund of £1.50 for 1 tuna pate but I am still owed £1.50 for the 2nd tuna pate. Sue Lawn
