Done for the weekend, finally got Clamperl to evolve into Gorebyss and completed the Hoenn Pokédex. Otherwise 5 shines, and I have enough solar energy to fuse, I'll have enough lunar energy as well once I find enough psychic Pokémon.

50 would be -50% damage.
0 would be -100% damage.
etc

@DungeonDevDude Which with the following would make Physical do double damage, Fire nullified, and Ice be absorbed at 100% (unless MZ prevents absorbtion I can't recall the damage formula).
Basically subtract 100 from the element rate and that'd be how it'd affect you. So 150 is +50% damage.
