The youth trained in Christian and ethical values in Kirundo continue to put their faith into action through acts of charity. After rehabilitating homes for vulnerable widows, they are now making bricks to build houses for people in need. Already, 3,000 bricks have been produced!
On June 14, 2026, the Charles FCN organized a 4-km community race in Kirundo to promote peace and social cohesion. One hundred young people committed to becoming Peace Ambassadors and formed four community action groups to support conflict prevention and peaceful coexistence.
On May 12, 2026, four youth groups that received training on Christian values and ethics in Kirundo Commune, were supported by FCN through the distribution of rabbits as part of an initiative aimed at promoting sustainable agro-pastoral activities among young people.
In order to consolidate these achievements, a new training session on Christian values was organized on April 25, 2026, in Rwibaga, Matara zone. This training aimed to strengthen the quality of the teachings received during the evangelization day.
