We operate West Africa's first and largest circular food bank in GH🇬🇭. We recover edible surplus food to support communities 🏘️ and inedible to feed BSF🪰
🌍 World Hunger Day 2026 🍲
1 Mission. 20,000 LunchBoxes.
At @Food4AllGh, we’re using the LunchBox School Feeding Initiative to fight hunger, reduce food waste, create jobs, and keep children in school across Ghana. 🇬🇭
We shared our approach to transforming school feeding through food recovery, local sourcing, fortification, food safety and centralized meal production.
Our Central Kitchen model aims to produce 10,000 nutritious meals daily, scaling to 20,000 LunchBoxes.
🌍 Today in Accra, FAO Ghana launched the countdown to #WorldFoodDay2026 under the theme “Innovate today. Nourish tomorrow.” Partners & media explored how innovation, partnerships & responsible choices can build a more resilient food future for #Ghana.
#WorldFoodDay
By combining nutritious, locally sourced ingredients with every meal, we are doing more than feeding children; we are nourishing their growth, learning and potential.
Every child deserves a nutritious meal and the opportunity to thrive
#FoodForAllAfrica#SchoolFeeding#Kokoplus
Good nutrition is the foundation of a brighter future! 🌱
At @Food4AllGh, we enrich our school feeding meals with Kokoplus and Spirulina from Chale Spirulina to boost their nutritional value, improve dietary diversity and help address micronutrient deficiencies among children.
📢 Join the movement to end hunger!
We cannot scale this impact alone. Whether you want to partner with us, donate, or volunteer, your support helps us reach more vulnerable children and institutions across Ghana.
To wrap up an incredible day of impact, we also led a donation visit to the Accra Psychiatric Hospital, one of our oldest institutional beneficiary organizations to deliver critical food and essential supplies.
This life-changing work is only made possible through the continuous,
collaborative support of our dedicated partners.
A massive thank you to our partners, Kwatsons West Africa, @food4allafricuk, Chefs With Purpose Organization, and the @okumkomApp for standing firmly with us in the fight against hunger.
These superfoods drastically enhance the nutritional value of the school meals we serve, ensuring that our beneficiary children receive the vital vitamins and minerals they need to grow, learn, and thrive.
Today, @Food4AllGh had the absolute honor of hosting @paulnewnham , CEO of the @SDG2AdvocacyHub and Coordinator of @chefsmanifesto, right here in Accra! 🇬🇭

he joined us to see firsthand how our food banking model is actively combating malnutrition and hunger.
We visited one of our beneficiary schools to showcase how our school feeding program leverages powerful, locally sourced micronutrient fortifiers like Koko Plus and Spirulina.
🌍 Food has the power to create lasting change.
Today, on the International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste, @Food4AllGh joins the global call to tackle two interconnected challenges: hunger and food waste.
#FoodWaste#ClimateAction#SustainableFoodSystems#GFN
The ACIAR team commended our progress in commercialising BSF farming, deploying technology, and building capacity.
This is bigger than BSF farming.
It is about turning waste into value, food loss into opportunity, and research into solutions for a more resilient food system.🌍
🌱 What if Accra’s organic waste could help feed Ghana’s growing fish farming industry?
That is one of the questions we are exploring at @Food4AllGh through our partnership with @ACIARAustralia and our work with Okumkom Biodigital BSF Farms.
#FoodForAllAfrica#ACIAR
how properly segregated organic waste from Accra’s growing hotel and hospitality sector can be converted through BSF into sustainable protein and agricultural inputs for Ghana’s aquaculture sector, particularly around Akosombo.
This World Food Day @NMIMR_UG , Ghana Food Movement, @Food4AllGh and @FAO invite you to celebrate Ghana’s food systems and indigenous foods.
