Got any leftover Mash potato

Here mash met crushed garlic & finely chopped parsley & grated Parmesan , rolled into rugby ball shapes and dusted with more Parmesan, then air fried for 15 minutes 200c. I served the golden wonders on a bed of homemade Chilli Sauce
