El conocimiento profundo del Presidente Arévalo de la realidad social de su país, la claridad de sus políticas para enfrentar la pobreza y la pobreza extrema, así como las acciones de seguridad alimentaria, vivienda, educación y salud abren las puertas para que nuestras dinámicas de cooperación complementen productivamente esos trabajos.
