Up early for food prep! Seasoned lentil and rice burritos with fresh veg “slaw” (veg, lemon juice, oil, spices), plus fresh peanut butter and snickerdoodle cookies! Tortilla batter is next up (yes we are making the tortillas, they taste better fresh)!

Finishing up processing another approximately 50lbs of apples today! We have pie filling prepped and frozen, apple sauce, dehydrated apple chips, and cider concentrate going so far! 😋
