✅ Educate students on the health risks of excessive sugar consumption, such as obesity, diabetes, and dental issues.
✅ Promote healthier food choices through awareness workshops and seminars.
Let’s work together to create a healthier environment and mindful eating habits.
We at Foodshaala are thrilled to see this initiative gain national importance! For years, we’ve been conducting interactive workshops in schools—teaching children how to read food labels, understand the impact of sugar, and make healthier food choices.
#Wellbeing#CBSE
This initiative, launched in collaboration with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), seeks to:
✅ Display essential information about recommended daily sugar intake.
✅ Highlight the sugar content in commonly consumed foods and drinks.

Change begins with a single step, and Sachit is proof of that!
At Foodshaala, we aim to inspire and educate children about healthy eating, and today, we're sharing the inspiring impact story of Sachit, a 7th grader from New Kalindi Public School. #BetterEatingForABetterFuture
Reflecting on his journey, Sachit says, 'I used to eat junk food two or three times a week,' he shares, 'but now, after the course, I eat less junk and I'm avoiding salty and oily food because I wanted to change my eating habits.'
