Hey @WestJet the new seats in the planes (737-800) were they designed for people only under 6ft tall? I'm 6ft6 The head rests only go up enough so that they sit in my shoulders - very uncomfortable flight! Older seats used to go up higher!

Your esso/mobil app doesn't work for linking pc optimum to it, has a url not found error, been broken a long time, I've emailed and sent requests to support, but those have been ignored. Yet you still advertising it at the pumps!

@pc_optimum despite loading offers, the grocery points rewards are pathetic lately. On a $314 shop earned $0.40,or 0.12%, at this rate what is the point of the "offers" and the "spend $300 get a free item" has gone away too. At this rate would have to spend $8000 to get $10

@WestJet Maybe the high volume of submissions is directly related to the decline in your customer service and flight experiences? Should probably hire more people to deal with these extra complaints?

If someone has a complaint and they ask for follow up - the longer it's left the more annoyed they get.
